Use of the Service
Yard Remix lets you upload yard photos and request AI-generated remix concepts. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with images and content you have the right to upload.
Remix Credits and Purchases
Yard Remix v1 uses consumable in-app purchase credit packs. One credit unlocks one final remix result. New installs start with one free credit. When your balance reaches zero, the app may show a one-time blurred teaser preview before requiring a purchase.
- Paid credits are tied to the app-scoped install identity used by the app.
- Paid credits do not expire.
- After the one-time teaser is used, zero-credit attempts are paywalled before generation.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google store policies unless Yard Remix elects to issue a support adjustment.
Promotional, Referral, and Goodwill Credits
Yard Remix may grant free credits through promotions, referral invitations, in-app feedback thank-yous, or similar programs. These credits are a courtesy, not currency.
- Free credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn.
- Referral rewards may require the invited user to complete a qualifying action (such as creating their first remix) before they are granted, and may be capped per account or per time period.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated redemption, and other abuse are prohibited. Yard Remix may withhold, adjust, or revoke credits obtained through fraud or abuse and may end or modify any promotion or referral program at any time.
Generated Content
AI-generated images may be imperfect and should be treated as visual concepts, not professional engineering, permitting, safety, or construction advice. You remain responsible for any real-world decisions based on the output.
Your Remixes and the Remix Feed
You own the photos you upload and the remixes you create. So the service can work — and so remixes can appear in the Remix Feed — you grant Yard Remix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, reformat, and publicly display your uploaded photos and their generated results, in anonymized form, within Yard Remix and in previews of the service.
- Remixes created on or after the effective date above appear in the public Remix Feed by default, anonymously — your name, account, and contact details are never shown with them.
- You can take any remix out of the Feed at any time from your library in the app. Removal is per image and ends public display; already-distributed or cached copies may take a short time to clear, and other users may retain items they saved while the remix was public.
- Content in the Feed may be screened automatically before display, and Yard Remix may remove any item from the Feed at its discretion, including in response to reports.
- You confirm you have the rights to any photo you upload and that it does not include content you lack permission to share.
- Promotional credits — including credits offered for keeping a remix in the Feed — are service credits governed by the Promotional Credits section above, with no cash value.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including price points, product packaging, or teaser behavior, except where prohibited by law or platform policy.
