Purchase Recovery
- Use the I already paid action from the Yard Remix paywall first.
- Make sure you are using the same install that completed the purchase.
- If a teaser preview remains blurred after payment, contact support with the purchase details and device platform.
What To Include In Support Requests
- Whether the issue happened on iPhone or Android.
- The product purchased, such as 3 credits or 15 credits.
- Whether the remix was still blurred, credits were missing, or the app failed before generation finished.
